Answers. After trying for about 100 times, I've finally managed to win the race this morning. What you have to do is Downgrade the Engine, ECU, Turbo, N2O (things increasing speed/acceleration)to stock. This will make your opponents slower too. But keep the upgrades related to handling, I.e. Tires, Brake and Weight Reduction upgraded.
